The business was born out of a love of cars and driving by the owner of the business: Tim Hughes. Add to that, excellent customer service and attention to detail, you have the core of a good chauffeur business. Tim still enjoys doing some of the driving, despite covering what must be the equivalent mileage to the moon and back several times! He remains the main point of contact for bookings and enquiries. The majority of the driving however, is undertaken by the rest of the team. We have always operated with a small group of loyal drivers. This helps build up a good working relationship with our clients, many of whom we have known for years.

Although a lot has changed since we first started, the basics remain the same. We always wanted to offer a service that was more bespoke than a taxi using premium cars with chauffeurs that (if you pardon the pun)  would go the extra mile to make your journey as stress free as possible! One of the things we were keen to do was highlight to people that chauffeur driven transport wasn’t just limited to extremely wealthy types going to events and functions but to anyone that wished to travel in comfort. Our business evolved and to some degree now specialises in long distance and corporate travel - often a combination of both. 

The latest sat-nav in our vehicles provides live traffic updates, automatic rerouting and a constantly updating arrival time. In some cases we use a live tracking app to keep our customers automatically updated with our progress as we head towards a collection point. We have provided Wi-Fi in vehicles for a number of years and, in keeping with the modern trend of mobile connectivity and fast information, they are now capable of 5G speeds.

Unlike a taxi company that has added executive cars and drivers to its fleet, we have always been a chauffeur firm and hope that our service and cars reflect this. We are very competitive against Uber and similar firms for long distances.
